Key Responsibilities
- Lead interior design projects through all phases, from concept development to construction administration.
- Manage client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor on project vision, scope, budget, and schedule.
- Direct and mentor project teams while providing design leadership and technical guidance.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and specialty consultants to ensure project quality and compliance.
- Contribute to design development, documentation, detailing, and problem-solving on complex projects.
Skills & Experience
- 8+ years of professional interior design experience, including leadership and project management responsibilities.
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or Interior Architecture from an accredited program.
- Proven experience leading projects and teams across all phases of design and delivery.
- Strong knowledge of building codes, life safety requirements, and sustainable design principles.
- Proficiency in Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and AutoCAD, with excellent communication and presentation skills.
